For the time being, we will be refusing to accept guests from overseas who cannot speak Japanese.
We do not have any staff who can speak foreign languages, and are not equipped to explain cultural differences or deal with any issues.
We have seen a number of instances where some overseas guests have violated etiquette, such as littering in the garden, entering rooms occupied by other guests,
soiling the room by walking around in geta, taking drinks from the refrigerator without permission, and damaging paper screens, causing inconvenience to other guests.
After several discussions, we have decided to take this measure.
